CPE1100 wifi extender kits working at 5GHz frequency, is a pair of outdoor high power and high performance 1000Mbps wireless bridges. The bridges support Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless connection. It is more stable and its speed is higher and the anti-interference performance is better than the 2.4GHz wireless bridges. Moreover, it is easy to manage through the WEB interface.

Function:

A. The device has Auto pairing mode: simple to use, connect both bridges to the PoE power adapter to start working, it will auto pair in few minutes. Customize mode: you need to connect the bridges to the computer through the Ethernet cable, and configure the master & slave parameters, this mode suits for more experienced technician.

B. You could use the device to share internet networks to a long distance, output WiFi hot point, it can also be used for transmitting the long ranges IP cameras' video stream to the control center without complicated wiring.

C. While Auto pairing mode works for point-to-point access connection, the customize mode can configure the point to multiple points connection.

1.Bridge A Connection - Master Bridge

Step 1: Connect the LAN port of the PoE Adapter to the router through an ethernet cable.

Step 2: Connect the PoE port of the PoE adapter to the LAN port of the master wireless bridge by another ethernet cable.

2.Bridge B Connection - Slave Bridge

Step 1: Connect the PoE port of the PoE adapter to the LAN port of slave bridge through an ethernet cable

Step 2: Connect the LAN port of the PoE adapter to the LAN port of the computer or router by another ethernet cable

The master bridge works in point to point mode transfers data to the slave bridge to extend the network access to another house, office, building for internet surfing. The master bridge also output WiFi hot point, such as outdoor access point, you can open the WiFi connection setting on your cellphone, or laptop, you will find the WiFI name CPE5G_5Gxxx, enter the password to get access.

The access password is pre-programmed, it is different and it depends on what channel the wireless bridge is working in, but only changes the last two or three numbers.

For instance: the WiFi hot point name is CPE5G_5G161, and the default password is zllinkcpe123456161, if the name is CPE5G_5G153, the password will be zllinkcpe123456153, the last three numbers of the password must match the last three numbers of the name, zllinkcpe123456 is the same, you can find the password with a little bit change for different channels.

Install the slave bridges face to face to the master bridge, and the direction angle no more than 60 degrees, in this connection you need to log into the computer to configure the IP addresses for different slave bridges, please read the user manual for details.

This way, you can easily transfer the network camera video streaming from different buildings to the DVR of the control center. Utilizing the point to multiple points function is great for you to monitor multiple buildings without complicated wiring.

The wireless bridges with high gain wifi antenna work by two modes, auto pairing mode which is pre-programed suits for green hand, customize mode suits for more experienced user.

Auto pairing mode:

Connect the bridge to the PoE power adapter, the Power LED turns on in green color which means the system is power on, when both bridges all are power on, it will auto pair in few minutes, the pairing and LAN status LED light all turn on in green color. the digital LED indictor displays the numeric in red color.

you can press the "RST" button to change the channel to find a good frequency without interference, short press the button, the LED indicator will display the numeric "0","1","2","3"..."F" one by one, and changes in cycle, each numeric means a different frequency, please read the user manual for details.

Customize mode:

In this mode you need to connect it to the computer and set the different IP addresses and working modes, short pressing the "RST" button will not be functional in this mode, but you can press and hold this button for over 10 seconds to reset to factory setting.

One bridge works in master mode, the other two or more bridges work in slave mode, all the bridges need to be installed face to face, for multiple points connection, the slave bridge direction angle should be no more than 60 degrees.

Please adjust the slave bridge channel to match to the master bridge, both devices will be auto paired in few minutes.

The bridge output WiFi hot point with WPA2-PSK encryption to keep your network in safety, you no longer need to worry about privacy leakage.
